Modular mezzanine system

With free-standing mezzanines, you can multiply your storage space. The design possibilities are almost endless. In contrast to our custom-produced steel structures, SCHULTE Lagertechnik mezzanine systems can be expanded, moved or adapted to new load capacity requirements with ease.

Using the starter elements from our mezzanine system, a range of different bracing structures can be implemented, whereby mezzanine load capacities of 250 to 1200 kg/m² and more are possible – and it goes without saying that we can also create multi-storey constructions.

• The beams and columns are made from cold-rolled profiles.
• For the mezzanine flooring can be use chipboard, wire mesh and steel panels.
• Stairs incl. railings – custom-produced for every mezzanine
  

Made-to-measure and robust steel mezzanines

Steel mezzanines can multiply the storage area so that stockrooms do not need to be enlarged. These mezzanines are custom-produced according to the customers’ specified dimensions. They are manufactured from warm- or cold-rolled steel profiles. The steel mezzanines are supplied in blue as standard. Other colours are available on request. The mezzanine flooring is available alternatively as chipboard in 38 mm thickness or as galvanised wire mesh. Option of load capacities from 250 up to 1,200 kg/m² and more.

• Load capacity can be adapted by the dimensions of the steel beams as well as a range of mezzanine flooring, e.g. chip board or galvanised wire mesh
